Pacová: nature transformed into design

The Pacová Chair is inspired by the natural beauty of the pacová (Philodendron martianum), a vegetation native to South America, with a special emphasis on Brazil.

Inspiration from Brazilian Flora

Its creation celebrates Brazilian design and the connection with nature, translating the richness of our natural references into form and function. Its elegant and inviting lines transform any environment into a sanctuary of tranquility, inviting relaxation and the contemplation of design.

Ergonomics and Organic Details

The design of the seat and backrest of the Pacová Chair is inspired by the rounded, sober shapes of the pacová leaves, ergonomically molding to the body to provide ideal comfort and support.

The central seam of the upholstery and backrest—a reference to the leaf's adaxial vein—creates a subtle indentation that runs through the entire piece.

Meanwhile, the protruding vein of the abaxial side is reproduced on the back of the backrest, paying tribute to the plant's complexity and beauty. The legs, with a shape reminiscent of the pacová petiole (leafstalk), complete the design, blending functionality and aesthetics in perfect harmony. Every detail reinforces the piece's sculptural presence and timeless character.

A Tribute to "Brasilidade" and Signature Design

The Pacová is a creation that combines organicity, sophistication, and symbolism, bringing nature into interior design projects in a subtle yet striking way.

The piece transforms environments, promoting warmth and an emotional connection between the user, the space, and nature.
